    Features of the 2BE3 Series Liquid Ring Vacuum Pumps

      This series of pumps features a single-stage, single-action design, offering advantages such as simple structure, convenient maintenance, reliable operation, high efficiency, and energy savings. They are also well-suited to harsh operating conditions, including large drainage volumes and impact loads.

      The impeller is welded and then subjected to high-temperature solid-state fusion treatment. The blades are stamped and formed in a single operation, with a reasonably designed blade profile. The hub is machined on high-precision machine tools and inspected using a dynamic balancing tester, effectively addressing the issue of dynamic imbalance at the root. The impeller and pump shaft are connected via a hot-fit interference fit, ensuring reliable performance and smooth operation. This design enables the impeller to withstand harsh operating conditions characterized by load impact waves.

      Equipped with a built-in gas-water separator and featuring air intake and exhaust ports at multiple locations, the pump cover is fitted with an exhaust valve inspection window. The clearance between the impeller and the distribution plate is adjusted by tightening the end covers of the locating bearings. This design ensures easy installation and operation, simple handling, and convenient maintenance. All vacuum pumps manufactured by our company undergo rigorous inspection and testing by a certified testing center, guaranteeing superior performance, reliability, and durability.

      The pump supply scope can be flexibly selected according to customer requirements:

      Pump head: Includes an overhead separator and a connecting pipe.

      Complete unit: Includes the pump head, top-mounted separator, connecting pipe, motor, chassis, guard cover, electric pump coupling or electric pump pulley, and belt.

      Vacuum pump unit: Includes the complete vacuum pump, gas-water separator, check valve, bellows and connecting pipelines, electrical contact vacuum gauge, and autotransformer-type reduced-voltage starting cabinet.

      Complete set of equipment: includes the entire pump unit, air-water separator (with level gauge), heat exchanger, valves, normally closed valves, filter, vacuum gauge, pressure gauge, piping, and electrical control cabinet.

      The inlet pressure is below 33 mbar (absolute pressure) for secondary or multi-stage vacuum systems (water-ring—Roots unit).

      Various types of transmission methods, such as coupling transmission, belt pulley transmission, and gear reducer transmission.

      Depending on the corrosivity of the medium, we can provide special materials such as 304 and 316L stainless steel. Based on customer requirements, we can offer a variety of sealing solutions, including packing seals and mechanical seals.

Their operational reliability is universally acclaimed. In the coal industry in particular, these pumps can effectively extract highly flammable and explosive gases such as coalbed methane and methane gas. They can be designed and installed as surface gas extraction stations and can also be integrated with mobile gas extraction systems.
