The processing of the pump cover is carried out through digital dual column vertical lathe and precision floor boring machine, with precise positioning to ensure the machining size and form tolerance, thereby ensuring the coaxiality requirements after pump assembly, ensuring that the bearing operating temperature rise is less than 20 degrees, and increasing the service life by three times compared to the same period last year.

On the basis of the original casting process, the impeller has been improved to steel plate blade welding manufacturing to ensure that the impeller will never break. The molds and fixtures for the impeller and distribution plate are manufactured and processed using CNC profiling milling machines to ensure that the profile and dimensional tolerances fully comply with the design drawings. The profile and size processed by the equipment directly affect the efficiency of the pump.

The overcurrent components of the pump can be treated with anti-corrosion measures such as lining and spraying, or stainless steel materials can be used to adapt to wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant working conditions.

In the riveting and welding workshop, there are universal plate rolling machines, automatic submerged arc welding machines, CNC flame plasma cutting machines, vibration failure equipment, etc. It is crucial for welding impellers, rolling and welding pump bodies, and cutting distribution plates. Unlike manual welding and cutting, it ensures the size and profile of parts, as well as the efficiency of the pump.

Heat treatment equipment includes various heating furnaces, salt furnaces, quenching tanks, etc. Automatic temperature monitoring devices can accurately record the temperature and time of heat treatment, ensuring the various heat treatment requirements of components.

On the product assembly line, each pump is strictly assembled and adjusted by technical workers according to different working condition orders.
