Subordinated to Shandong Huacheng Group Co., Ltd, Zibo Water Ring Vacuum Pump Factory Co., Ltd is a director unit of Chinese Vacuum Society (CVS) and China General Machinery and Vacuum Equipment Industrial Association. It is China’s largest R&D and production base for liquid ring vacuum pumps and compressors, the backbone enterprise at Zibo Boshan Pump Industrial Base for National Torch Plan and the leading enterprise in “China’s Pump City”.

As the first entity for drafting the three national and industrial standards, one of the first high-tech enterprises that have passed the new certification in Shandong and one of the key national high-tech enterprises, our company has the Fluid Machinery Engineering and Technology Center of Shandong. As a national AAAA good standardization enterprise and a provincial contract-observing and trustworthy enterprise, it has been certificated by CE, ISO9001: 2000 and ISO10012: 2003, and won the National Machinery Industry and Shandong Science and Technology Progress Prize.

Currently, the company has a workforce of 1100 including 182 engineers technicians and 56 senior engineers. It specializes in the production and business of liquid vacuum pumps, compressors and complete machinery sets in more than 300 specifications in 9 series including 2BE, 2BV, 2BW, CL, SK, 2SK and ZWY. It has been consecutively ranked as No. 1 in China vacuum industrial market. Huacheng water ring vacuum pump has been awarded the title of Shandong Top Brand and the “HCH” trademark was certified as “Chinese Well-known Mark” by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce on April 25, 2009.

Chinese customers include:

Sinopec Jinling Branch: using 3 sets of 2BEC80 super-large vacuum pump unit, which fills up the industrial blank. Such units are applied in the H2-rich gas contraction devices and the gas is finally transmitted to Yangzi Petrochemical Company across the Yangtze River.

SDIC Xinjiang Luobupo Potash Co., Ltd: 26 sets of 2BEC72 large vacuum pumps are together used in the 1.2-million-ton potash fertilizer project in Luobupo, the birthplace of China’s atom.

In all the big coal mines around China, over 2000 sets of vacuum pumps are draining gas and protecting the safety of the mines at every moment.

In Chinalco, Petrochina, Shenhua Group, Guodian Group, Anshan Steel and so on, our “Huacheng” brand vacuum equipment is working consecutively.
